About CactuShop v6

This is an example of a custom page that can now be administered through the backend. This page includes an example of imbedding an image, and page turning.

This is a demonstration site for CactuShop v6, a shopping cart package from Cactusoft based on the Active Server Pages server-side scripting system for Microsoft IIS servers. The system runs on Microsoft Access, SQL Server and MySQL database. CactuShop runs the entire e-commerce offerings of many companies of various sizes around the world, from small web-only businesses to large high-street retailers.

CactuShop is designed to be easy to set up and customize. The visual appearance of the site is controlled from an HTML 'skin', a template which allows quick and extensive changes to be made across the whole site. Further skins are available as free downloads from our site. Most configuration and all data entry (including uploading product images) can be done from the back end. But being scripts, the code can be easily customized too - allowing virtually any feature or modification to be incorporated.

Version 6 sees one of the biggest releases in CactuShop history. The software has been completely rewritten to conform to XHTML web standards, security, and speed. New features include product options, customer reviews, databased sessions, customer reviews, product attributes, customer groups, and much, much more.
